Matt Battle is a British multi instrumentalist who records music at home. His DIY aesthetic has often drawn comparisons to some of the pioneers of this tradition, such as Daniel Johnston, R. Stevie Moore and Robert Wyatt. Matt Battle is also the main songwriter, guitarist and singer in the band Horticulture. He lives in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
